One of our historic parks, Warhawk Park reflects a rich history of the residents in our community. Named after an influential high school that stood in the 1970's this park has undergone several makeovers. The park is also home to an annual back to school pig roast that donates plenty of school supplies and toys to children in the area. The pig roast utilizes the shelter and seating at this park. The shelter is also perfect for picnics and family get togethers, or family reunions. 

With a new playground with bright and fun colors this play center is great for family friendly fun. This park also has one of our largest swing sets that has both child and toddler size swings. And plenty of benches for parents to watch their child play! This park is also regularly used by our Fun in the Sun Day Camp Program, that's run by our own Recreation Department. 

Warhawk Park also has a full court basketball court that boasts our local high school sports colors. The basketball courts have brand new goals and is perfect for outdoor practice or pick up games.
